Refund Policy
1. Overview
At Foxlight Technologies Co., Ltd., we believe refund policies should be fair for both parties. Rather than an all-or-nothing approach, we use a usage-based refund model that ensures you only pay for the time you actually use our service. If you cancel your subscription partway through a billing cycle, you receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining unused days.
This policy applies to all Foxlight subscription plans:
- Personal — ฿1,000 THB/month
- Business — ฿5,000 THB/month
2. How Usage-Based Refunds Work
Refunds are calculated based on the number of remaining days left in your current billing cycle at the time of cancellation. We use the following formula:
Refund amount = (Remaining days ÷ Total days in cycle) × Monthly fee
Example: You are on the Personal plan (฿1,000 THB/month) and cancel 10 days into a 30-day billing cycle. You have 20 days remaining.
- Remaining days: 20
- Total days in cycle: 30
- Refund amount: (20 ÷ 30) × ฿1,000 = ฿666.67 THB
The refund is calculated automatically at the time your cancellation is processed. There is no need to perform manual calculations — we handle everything for you.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible for a usage-based refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be made within your current billing cycle. Once a billing cycle has ended, refunds for that cycle are no longer available.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method on file via Stripe, our payment processor.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
4. How to Request a Refund
There are two ways to request a refund:
- Email us at billing@foxlight.dev with the email address associated with your account and a brief reason for your cancellation.
- Cancel through your account dashboard. When you cancel from the dashboard, the pro-rata refund is calculated and issued automatically — no email required.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- Usage already consumed in the current billing cycle. The pro-rated portion corresponding to days you have already used the service is non-refundable.
- Add-on services already delivered. Any one-time add-on purchases or services that have already been fulfilled cannot be refunded.
6. First-Time Subscribers
If you are a new subscriber and are not satisfied with Foxlight for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription date — no questions asked. This guarantee applies once per customer and is available on both the Personal and Business plans.
To claim your first-time refund, email billing@foxlight.dev within the 7-day window.
7. Disputes
If you believe your refund was calculated incorrectly or you have any concerns about a billing matter, please contact us at billing@foxlight.dev before initiating a dispute with your payment provider.
We aim to resolve all billing disputes within 3 business days. Working with us directly ensures the fastest resolution and helps us improve our service.
8. Changes to This Policy
Foxlight Technologies Co., Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
