Terms of Service

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Foxlight platform, including the website, browser extension, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Foxlight Technologies Co., Ltd. ("Foxlight", "we", "our", or "us").

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Foxlight provides a personal Model Context Protocol (MCP) that replaces traditional cookies and trackers with encrypted, agent-ready data controlled entirely by the user. The Service includes:

  • A browser extension that converts browsing signals into a structured, encrypted MCP stored on your device
  • Agent-ready APIs that allow AI agents to query your MCP with your explicit permission
  • Native traffic obfuscation without third-party VPN dependencies
  • Optional data monetization tools

3. Account Registration & Security

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at security@foxlight.dev if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Foxlight offers the following subscription plans:

  • Personal — ฿1,000 THB per month (1 seat)
  • Business — ฿5,000 THB per month (5 seats included)

All prices are in Thai Baht (THB). Subscriptions are billed on a monthly cycle beginning on the date of your initial purchase. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice period.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting billing@foxlight.dev. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle
  • A usage-based pro-rata refund is issued for remaining unused days
  • Your MCP data remains on your device and is not affected

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to facilitate fraud, identity theft, or deceptive practices
  • Overload or disrupt the Service infrastructure through automated or excessive requests
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written authorization

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, documentation, branding, and all related materials, is the intellectual property of Foxlight Technologies Co., Ltd. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. This license does not transfer any ownership rights.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is fundamental to our mission. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We encourage you to read it carefully.

9. Data Ownership

You own your data. All MCP data generated by the browser extension is encrypted and stored locally on your device. Foxlight does not access, collect, sell, or share your personal browsing data at any time. You retain full ownership and control over all data within your MCP.

When you choose to share data with agents or third parties through the Service, you do so under your own permissions and on your own terms. Foxlight acts only as the protocol facilitator.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Foxlight Technologies Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Foxlight in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Foxlight Technologies Co., Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangkok, Thailand.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
